To exalt one part of humanity is to berate another. Race war is genocide! Members of the human race are the only legal decision makers in operation upon the earth. While those of the Animal and Plant Kingdoms obey the instinctual patterns set within the genome of their type. Other predators and illegal aliens, namely Satan and demons relentlessly seek to corrupt mankind. They attack God’s children again and again seeking to influence the mind, inspiring many to believe that divinity is in the flesh. Yet, God is a spirit and those that worship Him, must worship Him in spirit and in truth. White people are not superior or Black people or one culture is not superior to another. To inspire destruction the unadulterated exploitation of humanity takes place from one group towards another. Unfortunately, this has been inseparable from human history since the beginning of human relations. People should be inspired to do what is good: feeding the hungry, giving water to the thirsty, housing the homeless, educating the illiterate, encouraging others and inspiring them to do the same.
Florida State Attorney Angela Corey calls Trayvon Martin a Prey (spelled out).
African American Women are very keen upon noticing potential and drawing out the best in their African American male counterparts and sons. However, this hope has ended for the African American women in Trayvon’ s life. Continue to pray that Trayvon’ s family and parents to remain strong as unaccountablity factors aggrevate the already painful experience of losing a son.
Is Justice blind?
American Justice is built upon precedents. Yet, each case deserves individual attention. Each case is unique and should be treated with the utmost scrutiny to determine a just outcome. Nevertheless, legal manuvering usually benefits those who resemble the “deciders.”
A dynamic found most interesting, in the case of the State of Florida vs. George Zimmerman is the overt denial of the case being not race related. This line of reason is the opinion of someone who is severely in denial. The relationship between black and white and men and women premeate the case so effectively it appears transparent. Six white women decided the fate of one white man against justice for one African American Teenager whose life was tragically ended. All legal issues aside, if nature took its course it can not be denied that six white women preserved the life and character of the one white man (especially seeing all hope for the dead youngster was hopeless). In this case justice was not the goal but the aim was to preserve the life of one white man. Mission accomplished! Now damage control must occur and many need to find answers to why. If you can see and accept American as it is it becomes clear. If you see the ideological American you will remain aloof.
A decision was made on the merit that in the psyche of many people exist the belief that African Americans are inherently criminal because of the high concentration of African Americans incarcerated. If the American Justice System was unflawed this would be true however the modern day penal system is nothing but a colony of plantations that is disguise as modern day slavery. In the system of slavery a white supremacy infrastructure reigns and infected the conscious of America with an ambiguity that continues today and seeks to satisfy its morale with outcomes that supports its power maintenance agenda. Racist still don’t differentiate an African American from a slave. The sad truth is that according to the constitution and the equality of people one white man equals three fifths one slave (three fifths compromise). This law or agenda has never changed in America.
Historically there was no place of safety for an African in America as self imposed bounty hunters with no legal authority chased Blacks to bring them under the harsh rule of slavery even when freed. This confrontation between George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin is a reenactment of the Fugitive Slave Law (1850) that sorely oppressed freed African Americans making them victims of Slavery after “being sold down the river.” No rights were afforded to slaves and their lives were not regarded. In this case the venue added to the dynamics of gender and race. The south has been marinating in a system of white supremacy since its eighteenth century inception. A White exploitive eye was always focused towards Slaves and Black society in America, even greedily coveting the gains of African Americans during the early twentieth century era of segregation. Modern African American culture has inherited the mantle of being viewed as secondary citizens in American. A sad truth is that according to the constitution and the equality of people one white man equals three fifths one slave (three fifths compromise) Unfortunately this resurfacing rationale is still a vibrant reality sewn into the fabric of society.
THE NEED FOR LEADERSHIP
Woe to leaders who help sell their birth right for power, position and prestige receiving condemnation from their own conscious and the righteousness of God but not relinquishing their hold upon cruel agendas. Will one emerge courageous enough to follow justice, forsake position and leave rank up to the Creator?
Trumbull Painting: Depicts the five-man drafting committee of the Declaration of Independence presenting their work to the Congress. John Adams, Roger Sherman (front and center), Robert Livingston, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin. James Wilson and Roger Sherman created the three fifths compromise found in: Article 1, Section 2, paragraph 3; of the United States Constitution in Philadelphia (1787). According to the Three-Fifths Compromise slaves were only to be represented as 3/5th of a whole person within newly formed United States of America. Was this provision ever revisited?
